PERSONAL TRAINING
1:1 Personal Training is for anyone that is looking to improve their fitness levels and work on their body. We take on clients from complete beginners to those that are already avid gym goers. Our personal trainers tailor each session to the individuals needs. We specialise in weight loss, building muscle and strength in specific areas, and teaching clients how to lift weights correctly and safely. Our personal trainers will help you with nutritional advice and keep you accountable with monthly check ins to ensure you are progressing towards your goals.
GROUP CLASSES
Group classes are for those wanting to move their bodies in a small group environment. Our classes are up to 5 people only, allowing our personal trainers to be able to offer everyone individual advice and any guidance needed throughout. Please see our time table for class availability.



MUM & BABY
CLASSES
The mum and baby classes are for ladies with babies under 12 months old and are looking for a comfortable child friendly environment to workout from. We have a structured 8 week program that is bookable as a block package. Each session you will work on your postpartum body, regaining strength and working on your physical goals whilst meeting new mums.
